These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Recasten (the "Service"), a unified social media publishing and analytics API operated by E-Green Apps Company Limited ("Recasten", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, obtaining an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Recasten provides an API and related tools that allow Customer to publish content to, and retrieve analytics from, third-party social media platforms ("Platforms") such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and Pinterest, through a single integration. The Service acts as an intermediary between Customer's application and each Platform's own API; it does not host or own the underlying social accounts, and it does not control the Platforms' availability, features, or policies.

3. Accounts and API keys

  • Customer is responsible for safeguarding API keys and credentials issued for the Service and for all activity conducted under them.
  • Customer must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use of its account or credentials.
  • Customer is responsible for ensuring that any individual or entity using its integration on Customer's behalf complies with these Terms.

4. Connected social accounts

To publish content through a Platform, Customer or Customer's end users must connect the relevant social account via that Platform's authorization flow (OAuth). By connecting an account, Customer represents that it has all necessary rights, consents, and authority from the account owner to authorize Recasten to publish content and retrieve analytics on that account's behalf. Customer may disconnect any connected account at any time through its dashboard or by contacting us; see our Data Deletion page for details.

5. Acceptable use

Customer agrees not to use the Service to:

  • Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party;
  • Distribute malware, spam, or content designed to manipulate engagement metrics artificially;
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms of the Service or any Platform;
  • Publish content on behalf of an account without the account owner's authorization;
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense access to the Service except as expressly permitted under a White Label agreement.

6. Third-party platform policies

Use of each Platform through the Service remains subject to that Platform's own terms of service, developer policies, and community guidelines. Customer is responsible for ensuring its use of the Service and its published content comply with those policies. Recasten is not responsible for actions taken by a Platform, including suspension, rate limiting, or removal of content or accounts, that result from Customer's use of the Platform.

All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos referenced on this site or in the Service — including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, and Snapchat — are the property of their respective owners. Reference to these marks is for identification purposes only and does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation between E-Green Apps Company Limited and the mark owners.

7. Fees and billing

Fees for the Service are set out in an order form, pricing page, or agreement between Customer and Recasten. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing. We may suspend access for accounts with amounts past due after notice.

8. Intellectual property

Recasten retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, and branding. Customer retains all rights to content it submits for publishing. Customer grants Recasten a limited license to process, transmit, and store such content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive use, or as required to comply with a Platform's policies or applicable law. Customer may terminate its account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and requesting account closure.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every feature of every Platform at all times, as Platforms may change their APIs without notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recasten will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by Customer to Recasten for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Recasten harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from Customer's content, Customer's use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or Customer's violation of any Platform's policies or applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in writing between Customer and Recasten.

15. Contact
